Peru Rutas del Inca - Certified Organic, Fairtrade

Founded in 2013 by 33 coffee producers in the Querocoto region of Peru, and named to honor the Andean history and roots of the land, Cooperativa Agraria Rutas del Inca has swiftly established itself as a star in the world of specialty coffee. Straight away attaining organic and Fairtrade certification, the cooperative rapidly grew to over 300 members who, aided by the region’s unique microclimate and high altitudes, are committed to producing coffees of exceptional quality. While coffee from Rutas del Inca has long been an integral component of our Leftist espresso blend, we think it’s high time to let it shine on its own.
