Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship within the United States via USPS. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. We pass through the actual USPS cost with no markup.
Free shipping. Orders qualify for free shipping at $75 per roaster — the free-shipping threshold is applied separately to the products from each roaster in your cart. Because items are roasted and shipped by our partner roasters, each roaster's shipment is evaluated on its own.
Ships from our partner roasters. Your coffee ships directly from the roaster(s) who make it. If your order includes coffee from more than one roaster, it may arrive in separate packages, potentially on different days, each with its own tracking.
Processing & delivery times. Almost all orders ship by the next business day. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the USPS service used. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at office@beanbox.com and we'll make it right (see our Return & Refund Policy).
