Grown at 4,500 feet in a region defined by lush mountains, volcanic soils, and warm equatorial sun, this medium roast reflects the depth and richness of its environment. Fully washed and sun-dried, the cup opens with dark cherry and chocolate fudge, layered with black tea, fig jam, and stonefruit, and finished with subtle notes of clove and lemongrass.
