Coffee runs in the family for Disnel, who grew up working alongside his father on their coffee farms for most of his life. Since 2012, Disnel’s been managing his own farm, named El Pichingo, where he processes coffee from harvest to parchment on 2 hectares of land at 1,800 masl. With two stages of fermentation and two stages of drying, Disnel’s method of processing coffee is meticulous.
