Colombia yields the third-largest coffee harvest; in the world, and is renowned for its single origins with deep sweetness and subtle fruit flavor notes. Our latest, Colombia Las Mercedes, is no exception — this washed process beauty is giving us candied apple and brown sugar vibes with a silky sweet finish.

This coffee comes from a family-owned farm that has been producing coffee for over a century.Juan Guerra leads production, commercialization and exportation with an aim is to offer a traceable product, while being in the most vertical control the entire process, all the way from the seed to the exportation.
