This Haitian Blue coffee is named after Zombie Desert, the cooperative behind it, based in Savane Zombi, a coffee-growing mountain town in Haiti where urban legend holds that witch doctors once raised the dead to do their bidding. Grown at 1400masl by the 75 farmers of Zombie Desert Cooperative and washed at altitude, the island soil preserves the bean's unique character. Low in acidity, creamy, and smooth, with an exceptional nutty, buttery taste.
