Old School Blend comes from Andrew of Stamp Act Coffee Roasters. A Seattle native and world traveler, Andrew has spent time on all sides of the coffee industry: he worked with coffee growers in Ethiopia, created a roasting company in Singapore, and lived for years in Australia honing his skills on the perfect Flat White. His roasts are a nod toward the Australian coffee style, which marries a lighter roast profile with a love of espresso and milk-based drinks. As a relatively new local roaster, Andrew has been turning heads, and we just can’t get enough of his ethically-sourced, meticulously-roasted brews.
