Guatemala - Pablo's Family Lot

Sourced through our longtime partners Pablo and Eva del Cid, this coffee has become a staple in our classic roast lineup. Pablo is a fourth-generation coffee farmer whose great-grandfather was the first to plant coffee in Santa Elena Barillas back in the early 1900s. Now, over a century later, the original estate has been divided among cousins and uncles, each farming their own piece of land. This collective harvest is what makes up the 'Family Lot.' We roast this washed coffee to a smooth, approachable medium level, highlighting the warm, familiar profile our customers love: think cocoa, toasted almond, and a gentle cola sweetness. It's a grounded, comforting cup with a touch of heritage in every sip.
