This year's Gratitude is three coffees in equal parts: Parainema grown by Alexander Simery Lopez in Yoro, Honduras, which reaches us through our friends at Bridging Tables; Sicobi, from six communities in Oaxaca's Sierra Sur; and Unblended's Recruitment Lot from young Colombian producers just getting started. Together they taste like bread pudding, fig jam, and baking spices.
