Suke Quto Farm is the pride of Tesfaye and the Odo Shakiso woreda. This offering represents this farm's most prized coffee, made up of the ripest coffee cherries picked at peak harvest. Our supply chain partner, Trabocca, began working with Tesfaye and other local farmers by implementing a purchasing model that rewarded coffee produces with higher prices based on their quality in the cup and dedication to best practices related to farm management systems. The result of this collaboration has yielded coffees with exceptional profiles, like this offering by Tesfaye that we find shows tropical fruit, peach, and jasmine in the cup.
