Grown by smallholder farmers across the Agaro and Gera districts of western Ethiopia and brought together through the Kata Muduga cooperative union, this washed lot was picked and processed at peak harvest, then milled and shipped early through our importer Red Fox. In the cup, starfruit and lemongrass with a finish like a plain cake donut. Round, tea-like body with crisp, citric acidity.
