Decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, this complex and fruity light roast decaf showcases everything we love about coffees from Burundi. This Red Bourbon was processed through Kalico, a company founded in 2012 by Angèle Ciza and now managed by her son Alexandre Shaka Mugisha, working with seven washing stations across the region.
