Named for the matriarch of the Valverde-Aramayo family, Rosa Angelica Aramayo, Finca Rosita is a 32-hectare (39 acre) coffee farm in the Caranavi province of Bolivia, where all 32 hectares are dedicated solely to the cultivation of coffee. Grown there are the coffee varieties Java, Catuai, Geisha, Typica, and Pink Bourbon, all carefully tended under ideal conditions provided by the farm and its microclimate. The lot that we present to you now is 100% Java variety.

You don't see a lot of Bolivian coffee available. Volume is one thing that makes superb Bolivian coffee intrinsically special. It’s such a rare and coveted coffee in the specialty world because there just isn’t much of it to be had, period. While Peru produces some 4 million bags a year, Bolivia's output is closer to just 40,000. In Bolivia, all gems are rare gems.
