This lot was brought in by Keffa Coffee and is of the Heirloom varieties 74110\/74112. It hails from the Sidama region, specifically Daye Bensa's Qonqan washing station.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\nThis coffee is a washed process, meaning it goes through a water soaking process to remove the mucilage from the beans once the outer skin and cherry is removed, mechanically.
